Wow! You’ve got me fired up, but scared too. I’m juggling several projects in multiple places that are requiring me to make some hard decisions. Which will get my focus, and which will have to wait? Oh, and then there’s learning to navigate new platforms. I’m glad hand-holding is involved.
Hi Neera, I’m so new here that I’m not sure where to look for the first day info fir the Challenge. When you say email, do you mean our personal one? I told you I’m new here and will need some hand-holding to get my bearings. Thanks.. 😊
Hi Flora, the program will start on 9 June (tomorrow). It will be in the newsletter, like my other articles. No problem with hand-holding. I will be in touch with each one of you once the course starts.
Welcome to the life of a creator. It is my daily struggle to determine which project will capture my attention today and which one will have to wait. This act of juggling become a habit after a while. So, I would say, get ready and enjoy the ride.
Marylee, 3 emails have already gone out. The 4th one is coming today. Not sure why you didn't get them. You can go to my homepage (https://neera.substack.com/) and have a look from there. Or go to the section Write Grow Monetize (https://neera.substack.com/t/write-grow-monetize-system) and see all of them there. If you don't get the one today (in about 6 hours) we will go investigating.
I just now turned on all your emails but it was after your Day 4 went out. If I don’t get tomorrows I will check back in with you. Is there a specific chat for this? Thanks Neera! Now to catch up!! ❤️
Hi Neera. Aaargh! I am too late - or am I? I have just found your program, it is for me, but the links have expired and I don’t appear to be able to join. Will you be running this again? Thankyou for what you are doing.
Hi Neera, I was looking forward to your 90 day system. I'm trying to subscribe to the Club by clicking your 20% discount link for the course but it's not taking me to an active link. Could you let me know how I can join the 90day system with20% discount? Thank you.
I totally Agree Neera. I come from the other direction. I was a CEO first and then my severe heart disease diagnosis knocked me of that perch and now I'm 'side hussling' across to being an author but very cognisant of the Write, grow, monetize need if this is going to be a career change at 58.
It's already looking up more than you can imagine. I've been spending too much time modelling up a tech stack on a Wordpress backbone only to find Substack does most of it and now I'll just use Kit for my lead magnets and personalised email content. I did Amy Porterfield's course last year so really looking forward to executing the full content plan.
If not for Substack, I wouldn't have launched the book so soon. It's been edited for a month now but all the work up of formatting and marketing for Kindle et al was just getting too overwhelming and with severe heart disease stress is not my friend.
Hi Neera, I read your intro and overall plan for the 90-day Challenge, but don't see the detailed weekly plan for the first week that began Wed., June 4th. Am I missing something. Please advise. Thanks.
Hi Neera, I checked my email and here are Substack to get info about the first day of the 90-Day Challenge. Please point me to the activities/process for Day 1 and following. Thank you.
Neera, another question. Can you give me an idea of how time consuming the course is. Like per day/week. I am really interested, but I have a lot on my plate right now with family issues. Thanks.
Hi Danni, Each week, I’ll assign you 5–7 tasks, each designed to take around 15 minutes. You’ll receive them every Monday, and it’s completely up to you whether you complete them all in one go or spread them out across the week.
No pressure if you fall behind—this isn’t a race. You have the whole year to build, refine, and evolve your signature offer. Think of this as a one-year commitment to your growth, not just a 90-day course. But you do need to start, with intention and a commitment mindset. We’re playing the long game.
Ted, you know just as much as I do (If not more) that there is no motivation by those controlling the shots (and expositions of the world) in offering us environments that cultivate optimism, hope, and goodwill. There is no increased profit or power in this. Distracted, confused, scared, and stressed is what 'they' want. It is up to us, in our smaller circles, to create World Fair feelings. Community, generosity, curiosity, playfulness. Human to human. And Ted, I love that Tara said yes on the bridge. I can picture the two of you in an old movie. I love that you are both out of the box intelligent and old school romantic. Wishing you a beautiful day xo
Ok. So. I wasn't going to pay for a subscription. I'm in the throws of setting up my business. Money is tight. Here I find myself purchasing an annual subscription! What. I believe in synchronicity. The power of the universe. Having just finished a workshop designed to release old fears - long story, part of my balanced life transformation - I stepped up and tried an Instagram reel. Yikes! Then your email arrived. I was one who replied and said yes, but not now. This little voice just said do it. As my last post here on Substack said, just I do it, gently! And yet here I am paying an annual subscription. The ONLY annual subscription I pay here. So, I'm hoping this journey helps me in my business development. There's synchronicity, I know it. Looking forward to your 90-day offerings.
Hi Jocelyn, First of all, thank you for trusting me, for listening to that small but mighty voice inside you, and for choosing this moment to say yes. I know what it means to make an investment when money is tight and dreams feel both thrilling and terrifying. Your leap is not small — it’s courageous. The synchronicity you described? I felt it too when I launched the course yesterday. And it means the world to me that this is your only annual subscription on Substack. I don’t take that lightly. I’m committed to making this journey worth every bit of your belief.
Over the next 90 days, we’ll build a system that supports your business, not adds to your overwhelm. Gentle, intentional, effective. Just like your Instagram reel moment — one brave step at a time. Can’t wait to see where this takes you.
The journey you’ve outlined thus far in many ways echoes my ongoing predicament- to write, publish or not!
English is not my first language and has been a major obstacle, mostly relating to my own bubble- am I good enough . Despite having been a senior lecturer in higher education with a PhD!
I believe am now reasonably confident ready to write and , most importantly, to share. A longing that hasn’t left me even having retired ten years ago.
I’m so glad to hear you feel ready to write and share your voice. You know my story—English is my second language too, and for a long time, it frustrated me not to be able to express myself the way I wanted. But I took it as a challenge, and the skill I’ve built since then has changed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
One thing I’ve learned along the way: even writers whose first language is English struggle with the same fear. We’re all in the same boat. It’s less about skill and more about mindset.
This is so exciting because I have ideas that are all over the place, as is to be expected with someone with ADHD, and I’d love to focus on one idea and share my expertise on it. But will people read it? Should I do that other thing? So many questions!
This is exactly what I need because of the ADHD — structured but not stressful program that I can follow and feel good about myself. I’m excited to get started.
It’s not a challenge just for those with ADHD—it’s something all of us creators struggle with. We’re used to attempting things in structured ways after we’ve already spiraled through a dozen ideas and self-doubts.
That constant tug-of-war—Should I do this? Or that? Will anyone even care?—is more common than you think. What matters is that you're here, you're excited, and you're willing to start. That’s the hard part.
The beauty of a structured-but-gentle system is that it helps filter the noise without stifling your creativity. You don’t have to shut down the other ideas—you’re just choosing to focus on one for now. You’re building a home for your thoughts, instead of letting them float around like confetti.
I’m so glad this resonates with you. Can’t wait to see what you create.

Well done - that surely took a bit to prepare. Happy for your growth!
Thank you Gunnar. The project has been brewing in my head for a while. I am so glad it's taking shape this way.
Hi Neera! Did the first email for this go out? I haven’t seen anything. Looking forward to your guidance!!

No I didn’t. I’ve completed the first two days and left comments in those threads. I hope we can figure this out as I need the reminders! 🙂
Hi Neera. Aaargh! I am too late - or am I? I have just found your program, it is for me, but the links have expired and I don’t appear to be able to join. Will you be running this again? Thankyou for what you are doing.
It literally started 3 days ago. You can join using the upgrade button if you are already a free subscriber.
It is an evergreen program. You can join

Welcome to your new life, Paul. I can guarantee you one thing - this life will turn out better than the previous one.
Thanks Neera,

Thanks for letting me know, Paul. We will work through the skillsets one by one.

Apologies, I had to move the start date to 9 June.

Hi Flora, the system will start from Monday, 9 June.
Oh-h-h! Thank you! I thought I read that it started on Wed., June 4th.
Still absorbing lots of info trying to learn how to use and eventually master using Substack. Thanks for your patience with a flailing newbie.
👍

There will be recordings as well.
I wish you well.
Thank you Denis.
Inspirational 👍
