When you will get this newsletter, I will be sitting on a plane on my way back to Australia, after a whirlwind six-week vacation. Let me report, Europe is officially open for travelling. Wherever we went, droves and droves of holidaymakers were jamming the tourist places as if there was another pandemic lurking behind the corner and if they don’t tick the destinations off their bucket list now, they might never will. A sentiment I share with them.
Oh you really took a long interesting vacation. Being able to see the festival in Spain, sitting in the lobby drawing (and thinking) visiting your daughter and husband, and all the traveling must have been exhaustive, but well worth the investment. Im happy for you.
I find it so much more interesting to research the history and culture before visiting a place, don't you? Have you ever visited the US? And where is your home in Australia? What is your native language.
I didn't finish my class Eight Crafts (2 months) it ended June 30th. I made it through Chapter 16, but printed off everything so I can study a long the way. The author is revising his book and going to offer an advanced course soon.
I'm listening to Save the Cat Writes a Novel and almost finished. They talk about a beat sheet on a PDF, but I don't know how to access it from audible. I'm glad your using their beat sheets in your course, so I will be familar with them when I do sign up. Thanks for a review on your vacation. I enjoyed it.
Bravo! Thanks for sharing! I too enjoy taking the time to look and write/draw in a sketchbook- that makes travel extra special.
