Okay, time to rewrite your About Page.

Rule #1: Your About Page isn’t just about you.

Let me say that again, louder for the perfectionists in the back:

Your About Page isn’t about you. It’s about why you matter to your readers.

You’ve defined your Signature Offer. You’ve validated your offer. You’ve updated your bio and publication short description. Now it’s time to write the page most creators avoid, overthink, or slap together like it doesn’t matter.

But it does matter—because when done right, your About Page:

  • builds trust and likability

  • tells new readers they’re in the right place

  • connects the dots between your personal story and the transformation you offer

  • gently moves people toward subscribing or buying from you.
