“Happiness is elusive.”
“It comes and goes.”
“We can’t be happy all the time.”
“If you chase happiness, it’s bound to elude you.”
These were my paradigms about happiness before I began my journey to find intrinsic happiness.
I am at a stage in life where there are fewer years ahead of me than behind me. I don’t want to spend them in misery or depend on external factors to make me happy.
I want to be in happy state of mind, all the time.
To be able to do that I decided to understand what happiness actually is.
Happiness is one of those things we often perceive wrongly. We think happiness is one thing, but as it turns out, it’s not.
Happiness is different for different people.
And even for an individual, happiness means different things at different times.
